If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, we will try to contact you as soon as we receive it to arrange a re-delivery.
Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a "return to sender" parcel.
Any re-delivery fees of parcels need to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
