Leo.intown will gladly accept returns of full-priced, undamaged and unaltered items with all internal garment tags, providing you with a GIFT CERTIFICATE or a REFUND.
The return process must start within ten days from the delivery date (as shown on the shipping carrier's official site).
- Visit our returns centre.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions and select the item/s you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Strangers&Lovers reserve the right to deny a return if items do not follow the conditions mentioned above.
