I received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item

In the unlikely event, you received a faulty or incorrect item; we are happy to replace it if there is a manufacturing defect.
We need to inform you that this service is only valid for up to ten days from the date you received your order (as shown on the shipping carrier's official site).
We kindly ask our customers to notify us on returns@leointown.com within 24hrs of receiving the goods so we can investigate this further.

b) Your order number.
c) Product name & code (this can be found on your order confirmation email).
d) Photos of the faulty/incorrect or the incorrect item.
