Can I use a different shipping label to return an order?

Please note that Leo.intown can only accept return parcels shipped with the shipping label that our company provides.
We will not identify an order with a different tracking number than the one we have provided to our customers.
Our company will not issue a refund on parcels that do not abide by the abovementioned instructions.
